DANA ARISS

I am a trauma-informed coach, recovery specialist, and creative collaborator dedicated to supporting individuals through healing, embodiment, and transformation.

With a background in psychology, education, and somatic practices like yoga and mindfulness, my approach blends science and soul. I work with a diverse range of clients—from adolescents and young adults to parents, professionals, and seekers on a spiritual path. My support is personalized, body-based, and rooted in nervous system regulation, holistic care, and deep presence.

At the core of my work is a belief that healing is sacred—and each journey is uniquely your own.

SilverBell Global

As a Recovery Specialist with SilverBell Global, an international leader in mental health and wellness recovery, I contribute to business development, facilitate immersive workshops, and co-host panels that foster dialogue around mental wellbeing. My role also includes being a part of our annual retreat in Northampton, UK, where we explore nervous system healing, trauma recovery, and community connection in a sacred, embodied setting.

My work with SilverBell Global was recently featured in Harper’s Bazaar Arabia in an article titled “Investing in Mental Wealth”, which highlights our efforts to expand the conversation around mental health in Dubai through culturally responsive coaching and collaborative care.

I also joined Nour from Madinat Mom on the podcast From Survival to Thriving: Healing the Mind and Body in Motherhood”, where we discussed the intersection of motherhood, nervous system regulation, and reclaiming personal agency through therapeutic support.

Chief Wellness Officer

As Chief Wellness Officer, I developed the Root to Rise Program, a trauma-informed pathway to grounding, healing, and thriving. This initiative supports adolescents and university students in Lebanon impacted by trauma due to conflict, economic crises, and social instability. The program integrates nervous system regulation, mindfulness, and movement to create a safe, grounded space for healing.

Jewelry as Ritual

A jeweler and designer, I channel my creative flow into crafting meaningful jewelry as symbols of healing, self-love, and transformation—reminding clients to carry beauty and intention on their path inward. Ever since I can remember, jewelry has been one of my great loves. As a little girl, I spent hours playing with my mother’s and grandmothers’ jewels, mesmerized by their beauty and the mysteries they held. Today, I wear a bangle that my paternal grandmother wore and my maternal grandmother’s solitaire on a chain. We never truly own jewelry; we simply keep it safe for the next generation.
